Plan

Turn discovery information into an actionable project definition. Depending on the engagement, planning can include architecture, bill of materials, labor, pricing, proposal content, network design, and delivery milestones.

Deliver

Coordinate software development, installation work, previews, documentation, approvals, and handoff artifacts. Delivery should maintain a traceable connection between the approved scope and the completed work.

Operate

Support the delivered environment with monitoring, managed hosting, infrastructure records, observability, incident context, lifecycle planning, and client-facing status.

Shared platform foundations

CodeVelo's internal platform direction includes shared capabilities for identity, authorization, secrets, storage, notifications, audit logging, data contracts, and service integration. Centralizing these concerns reduces duplicated security and operational logic across individual applications.

Public and private boundaries

The public documentation describes capability and intent. Production services, customer environments, internal control planes, deployment systems, and operational runbooks remain private unless CodeVelo releases a specific component separately.
